Ingredients
- 500g butter
- Fresh sage
- Fresh rosemary
- Black peppercorns
- Candle wick
- Kuhne pickled onions
- Fior di Vita chilli cheese
- FOS kalamata olives
- Fior di Vita farmhouse cheddar
- Kuhne pickled gherkins
- Fior di Vita manouri cheese
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium low heat.
- Add rosemary, sage and black peppercorns and let them infuse for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Filter your melted butter with a sieve and set aside.
- Use 2 aluminum cans, add your edible candle wick inside and pour half of the melted butter in each can.
- Rest your candles in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until hard.
- Add your butter candles at the center of your charcuterie board and let your guests eat the melting butter with some bread!
