  • 1 block Fior di Vita feta cheese (cut into 4 pieces)
  • 1 package filo dough (about 12 sheets)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp honey (for drizzling)
  • Olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Lay out one sheet of filo dough and brush it lightly with melted butter. Sprinkle a pinch of fresh thyme over the butter.
  3. Place a piece of feta cheese at one end of the filo sheet.
