Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Lora green olives, pitted
- 1/2 cup FOS black olives, pitted
- 1/4 cup Golden Drop olive oil
- Thyme
- Salt and pepper
- 225g Fior di Vita feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Golden Drop olive oil
- 1/4 cup milk cream cheese
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp honey
- Lemon zest of 1/3 lemon
- Slabs chunky crisps
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Add olives to a baking dish, top with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix together until all olives are coated evenly. Add thyme. Place in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven after 10 minutes and set aside.
- Add crumbled feta, cream cheese, water, and 1/2 cup olive oil to a food processor. Process for 2-3 minutes. Add lemon zest, black pepper, and honey to the mixture and process for 2 minutes.
- Add feta dip to a bowl and add roasted olives on top. Also, add the olive oil from the dish on top of the dip.
- Garnish with thyme, oregano, and black pepper.
- Serve with bread and Slabs chunky crisps.
