Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 cups water
- Red Elmar tuna
- Vitaly’s capers
- Golden Drop olive oil
- FOS kalamata olives
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, salt, olive oil, and water.
- Cover and let rest for an hour.
- Get dough out, cover with flour until it’s not sticky.
- Fold it 4-6 times. No kneading.
- Heat a pan in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Throw the dough in the pan, cover with the lid, and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
- Remove the lid and cook for a further 15 minutes.
- Let it cool down and enjoy!
