Ingredients
- 60g warm water
- 120g lukewarm milk
- 7g instant dry yeast
- 20ml Golden Drop olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 275g flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100g Fior di Vita shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- In a bowl, add milk, water, olive oil, dry yeast, sugar, and whisk everything together.
- Incorporate flour little by little, add salt, and knead for about 5 minutes.
- Cover with a clean towel and proof for 1 hour.
- Divide your dough into 4 pieces.
- Roll out each piece into a flat disk, fill it with mozzarella, and close it into a ball.
- With a rolling pin, gently flatten each ball into a disk and set aside.
- Cook your cheesy focaccias in a pan over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes each side (make sure you cover your pan with a lid for the best result).
