Ingredients

  • STUFFED AUBERGINE: 1 large eggplant
  • 35g onions
  • 25g tomato paste
  • 20g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 200g minced meat (pork & beef)
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper
  • Made for Meat Chipotle Burger Style Sauce
  • PORK BURGERS: 300g minced pork
  • 1 egg
  • Parsley
  • Golden Drop olive oil
  • 25g grated Parmesan
  • 15g semolina
  • Salt and pepper
  • Made for Meat Chipotle Burger Style Sauce

Instructions

  1. STUFFED AUBERGINE: Cut the eggplants in half and boil for 6 minutes.
  2. Remove the pulp from the center of the aubergine and chop it.
  3. Fry onions, add meat, and the chopped aubergine.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, add tomato paste, salt, and pepper.
  5. Remove from the heat, adding egg and cheese.
  6. Stuff the eggplants with the mixture.
  7. Bake in a hot oven at 190°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
  8. PORK BURGERS: Mix all the ingredients and work into a large ball.
  9. Divide the meat into eight portions.
  10. Shape each portion like a small burger.
  11. Pass through flour and dry on low heat on both sides.
  12. Serve with Made for Meat sauce.
