Ingredients
- STUFFED AUBERGINE: 1 large eggplant
- 35g onions
- 25g tomato paste
- 20g grated Parmesan cheese
- 200g minced meat (pork & beef)
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper

- PORK BURGERS: 300g minced pork
- 1 egg
- Parsley
- Golden Drop olive oil
- 25g grated Parmesan
- 15g semolina
- Salt and pepper

Instructions
- STUFFED AUBERGINE: Cut the eggplants in half and boil for 6 minutes.
- Remove the pulp from the center of the aubergine and chop it.
- Fry onions, add meat, and the chopped aubergine.
- Cook for 10 minutes, add tomato paste, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from the heat, adding egg and cheese.
- Stuff the eggplants with the mixture.
- Bake in a hot oven at 190°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
- PORK BURGERS: Mix all the ingredients and work into a large ball.
- Divide the meat into eight portions.
- Shape each portion like a small burger.
- Pass through flour and dry on low heat on both sides.
- Serve with Made for Meat sauce.
