Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Made for Meat Sriracha Chili
  • 2 1/2 cups Fior di Vita Four Cheese, shredded, divided
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 packages Fior di Vita Pasta Brisee
  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
  • Made for Veggies – Mediterranean

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken, Sriracha chili, 2 cups of the shredded four cheese blend, and chopped onions. Mix well to ensure that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  3. Unroll both packages of Fior di Vita Pasta Brisee and place them on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Cut each rectangle into 12 equal squares.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of each square.
  6. Brush butter on a dough square and begin to layer ingredients on top.
  7. Begin with chicken mixture, followed by a sprinkling of cheese. Repeat with remaining squares, stacking one on top of the other, chicken side up.
  8. Brush the inside of a loaf pan with melted butter. Load stacked bread squares into loaf pan, and brush with remaining butter. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until desired browning is achieved.
