Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 cup Made for Meat Sriracha Chili
- 2 1/2 cups Fior di Vita Four Cheese, shredded, divided
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 packages Fior di Vita Pasta Brisee
- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
- Made for Veggies – Mediterranean
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken, Sriracha chili, 2 cups of the shredded four cheese blend, and chopped onions. Mix well to ensure that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Unroll both packages of Fior di Vita Pasta Brisee and place them on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut each rectangle into 12 equal squares.
- Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of each square.
- Brush butter on a dough square and begin to layer ingredients on top.
- Begin with chicken mixture, followed by a sprinkling of cheese. Repeat with remaining squares, stacking one on top of the other, chicken side up.
- Brush the inside of a loaf pan with melted butter. Load stacked bread squares into loaf pan, and brush with remaining butter. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until desired browning is achieved.
- Allow the Cheesy Chicken Pull Apart Bread to cool slightly before serving.
- To add a touch of freshness and flavor, garnish with Made for Veggies – Mediterranean.
