Ingredients
- Ġbejniet half dry / feta cheese (1cm thick)
- Black pepper
- 12 sheets filo
- Honey
- Rocket leaves
Instructions
- Rinse cheeses and pat them dry.
- Lay each sheet of filo down flat, brush lightly with oil, and fold in half lengthways.
- Brush lightly with oil again.
- Place the cheese on the short end and fold in the edges and roll up to make neat parcels.
- Brush again lightly with oil.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Once out of the oven, spread them with honey.
