Ingredients
- 100g Red Elmar tuna
- 3 Red Elmar anchovy fillets
- 200g tomato concentrate
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50g FOS Kalamata pitted olives
- 75g bread crumbs
- 75g galletti (water biscuits)
- Fresh parsley
- Chili flakes
- 175ml Golden Drop olive oil
Instructions
- Process all ingredients in a food processor until a thick and creamy dip is achieved.
- Serve with your favorite veggies, crackers, or Maltese galletti.
