Ingredients

  • 1 Maltese Ftira
  • 3 Maltese sausages
  • 2 tbsp Milk Cream Cheese
  • 80g Fior di Vita Mozzarella
  • Fresh parsley
  • Mixed Italian herbs
  • Made for Meat Aji Panca Chili

Instructions

  1. Cut the ftira horizontally in half.
  2. Remove casing from sausages and add the meat into a bowl.
  3. Add the cream cheese, Made for Meat sauce, and Italian herbs.
  4. Spread the mix on your bread slices and place them on a baking tray.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
  6. Add the Fior di Vita shredded mozzarella on top of your ftira and bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  7. Serve with some chopped parsley on top.
