Ingredients
- 1 Maltese Ftira
- 3 Maltese sausages
- 2 tbsp Milk Cream Cheese
- 80g Fior di Vita Mozzarella
- Fresh parsley
- Mixed Italian herbs
- Made for Meat Aji Panca Chili
Instructions
- Cut the ftira horizontally in half.
- Remove casing from sausages and add the meat into a bowl.
- Add the cream cheese, Made for Meat sauce, and Italian herbs.
- Spread the mix on your bread slices and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
- Add the Fior di Vita shredded mozzarella on top of your ftira and bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Serve with some chopped parsley on top.
