Ingredients
1 Maltese Ftira
3 Maltese sausages
2 tbsp Milk Cream Cheese
80g Fior di Vita Mozzarella
Fresh parsley
Mixed Italian herbs
Made for Meat Aji Panca Chili
Instructions
Cut the ftira horizontally in half.
Remove casing from sausages and add the meat into a bowl.
Add the cream cheese, Made for Meat sauce, and Italian herbs.
Spread the mix on your bread slices and place them on a baking tray.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Add the Fior di Vita shredded mozzarella on top of your ftira and bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Serve with some chopped parsley on top.
