Ingredients
- 400g rabbit liver
- Bread slices
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100ml Golden Drop Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 100ml Carob syrup
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Season rabbit liver with salt and pepper.
- Fry in olive oil for a few minutes on each side without overcooking.
- Remove liver from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, fry the garlic until golden.
- Add the carob syrup and mix.
- Add the liver to the pan for a few more minutes.
- Rub the cut side of a garlic clove over the bread.
- Drizzle with olive oil and grill.
- Add cooked rabbit liver on bread and drizzle with the carob syrup.
