Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 cups water
  • Red Elmar tuna
  • Vitaly’s capers
  • Golden Drop olive oil
  • FOS kalamata olives

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, salt, olive oil, and water.
  2. Cover and let rest for an hour.
  3. Get dough out, cover with flour until it’s not sticky.
  4. Fold it 4-6 times. No kneading.
  5. Heat a pan in the oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Throw the dough in the pan, cover with the lid, and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
  7. Remove the lid and cook for a further 15 minutes.
